ORDERS FOR DELIVERY
Deliveries are sent via pallet or parcel courier depending on order size. We are also able to deliver locally in and around the Wrexham area using our own vehicle. Due to recent business growth and the addition of new production machinery, we now store stock at a secondary site. We do own this site, and it is local to us on the Wrexham Industrial Estate, but it is purely a storage facility. Goods are collected from this storage location the evening before despatch, which means same-day despatch is no longer available.
Please ensure you allow an extra day in your stock planning to accommodate this schedule. In urgent situations, we will always do our best to help – whether your order is sent by pallet or parcel – but this cannot be guaranteed and should not be relied upon for regular stock management.
All delivery timeframes refer to working days.
For deliveries outside mainland UK, please contact us for a tailored quote and delivery timescales. If you require delivery on a specific day, please leave a note at checkout or contact the team on [email protected] – we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pallet Deliveries
As standard, pallet orders are despatched on a 2–3 working day service from receipt of order and payment. Orders placed before 9am will be scheduled for despatch on the following working day, for delivery within 2–3 working days (excluding the Highlands of Scotland).
Example: If you place your order at 9am on Tuesday, it will be despatched on Wednesday for delivery between Thursday and Friday, 8am–6pm.
A despatch confirmation is always sent on the day of despatch, confirming the day of delivery.
Parcel Courier Deliveries
Parcel orders are scheduled for despatch the following working day from receipt of order and payment.
Example: If you order at 8am on Thursday, your parcel will be despatched on Friday for delivery on Monday, between 8am–6pm.
Orders placed on a Friday will typically be despatched the following Monday or Tuesday.
A despatch confirmation is always sent on the day of despatch, confirming the day of delivery.
Delivery Access Requirements
If your delivery location has restricted access, is residential, or requires a tail lift due to no forklift access, it is your responsibility to inform us at the time of order. You can notify us by leaving a note in the Order Comments section at checkout or emailing [email protected].
If our couriers are informed in advance, they can accommodate these requirements at no extra cost. However, if a delivery attempt fails due to access/offloading issues and we were not informed, additional delivery charges will apply.
Premium Delivery Services
If you require a Next Day, Saturday, or date/time-specific delivery, please contact us. We will always do what we can to help. Surcharges may apply.
ORDERS FOR COLLECTION
Customers local to our site on Wrexham Industrial Estate are welcome to collect their orders. You may also arrange your own courier to collect – simply select ‘Collect from Wrexham Site (Free)’ at checkout. Deliveries and collections must be booked in with the warehouse. Please notify us of your planned collection date and time by phone or email, quoting your order number.
Please do not come to the site unless your collection request has been acknowledged by the sales team.
